Felling of the Sunnyside Woods will begin on Monday 2nd December.
Access will be closed along the forest road for the duration of the felling extraction as the felling will present a high level of risk to anyone walking on the road. We have had to bring this coupe forward as it will be easily accessible over the winter period when it can be difficult to access more remote areas.
All felling extraction should be complete by the beginning of Feb when we would hope to open the road/path.
